Refund Policy 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging-in saleable condition. Return shipping costs will be covered only if the return is due to a product fault. A restocking fee of 20% will apply for items returned after 30 days of original purchase.

For health and safety reasons bars of soap cannot be returned as they are open packaged items and exposed.  For health and safety reasons we cannot accept exchanges.

Consumer Rights
