These terms and conditions govern your use of bodynesian.com website; by using Bodynesian website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use Bodynesian website. These terms and conditions apply to all visitors, users and consumers.

By accessing and using Bodynesian services you are agreeing to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.

You must not use the Bodynesian website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Bodynesian website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Bodynesian website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

Liability

All Bodynesian goods are produced in-house and all within close proximity; in saying so, ingredients of individual products may come into contact with ingredients not listed in the product information description. In the case of any reaction, in the case of any injury and in the case of any death we are not liable for any such cause unless cause is proven to be at fault of Bodynesian.

It is the responsibility of each individual consumer to collect information and additional information; to gain knowledge and awareness for any individual product produced by Bodynesian.

Bodynesian is not liable for any misuse of our products.

Payment

Credit/debit cards are acceptable methods of payment. Our terms are payment in full at the time of purchase when processing through checkout. All goods remain the property of Bodynesian until paid in full.

Pricing

The prices charged for goods are clearly displayed under each product. Bodynesian reserve the right to change prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Purchase

Bodynesian reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any given time.

When buying an item, you agree that:

(i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it;

(ii) you are responsible for gaining awareness of additional information regarding the product and any disclaimers;

(iii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

2. Conditions

Conditions of Refunds

Eligibility of a refund is granted only for manufacturer faults. Any goods subjected to a refund must be in original packaging and unopened upon inspection by Bodynesian. If the product has been compromised before inspecting for eligibility for a refund, the request for refund is void and therefore unsuccessful.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging-in saleable condition. Return shipping costs will be covered only if the return is due to a product fault. A restocking fee of 20% will apply for items returned after 30 days of original purchase.

For health and safety reasons bars of soap cannot be returned as they are open packaged items and exposed. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept exchanges.

Bodynesian does not claim to cure any skin condition. Any and all information provided anywhere on the Bodynesian website is intended for educational purposes only of each specified ingredient.

Bodynesian makes no claims to using only natural and organic products, therefore products may/may not contain small amounts of unnatural ingredients/materials.

Although we do our best to source from suppliers who choose sustainable and ethical practices themselves, we can not guarantee all our suppliers apply the same practice.

Products may contain botanicals, nuts, seeds and salts. They may also contain ingredients known to cause allergic reactions. Always read labels and perform test patches before use. If allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice from a healthcare professional.
